A More Balanced Life

Women leaders from different Arab countries through this program are equipped on the topic Discipline and Balance in the Life of the Leader.

Trainees have the chance to find the reason behind their uncomprehended sense of discomfort and dissatisfaction. Eventually, they will have some time for themselves, gaining practical tips of enlightenment towards a balanced life. Such guidelines will facilitate their lives on personal, relational and ministry levels.

The training covers topics such as, Can you help me change? Helpful tips to counseling, Dependency types, How to deal with hurt? Anger management, Art of quarreling, In-law relationships after marriage, Limits in our lives, Knowing and prioritizing values, Balance in health, and Balance in finances.

This program succeeds to set a plumb line among the attendees, by which they become able to test the balance level in their lives from the inside out. It also heightens the challenge on both the financial and health levels. Other segments in the Wheel of Life are being addressed in order to make the quest for balance even more comprehensive and enjoyable.

ACCTS-AWT aims to walk the journey together toward a more balanced life. Every woman can share her plans, practical experience, specific advice and real life stories to build the group. Women are given practical support, as in counseling, materials and prayer. Participants are being followed up through Facebook, WhatsApp, and via emails.

Moreover, it is aspired that Arab women trainees, who are being empowered and trained, demonstrate greater personal capacity for influence within their respective home-country groups which they lead. In the hope that these influenced trainees will in their turn take steps to inspire and impact other women within their respective spheres of influence.

It is how our Annual Network Conference provides Arab women leaders with the motivation, knowledge, and skills that would empower them to become more qualified as leaders and impact other women in their sphere of influence.
