Leaders received training and were provided with the necessary materials that would support developing their own work

Ajloun, Jordan (ACCTS-AWT) - About three hundred leaders, including pastors and workers in the different church fields; whether with the youth, or Sunday school, or women, and also those in the Media realm- gathered for the Baptist Churches Leaders Meeting at Ajloun Conference Center.

AWT led three discipleship sessions consisting of thirty-five women leaders. They were trained on how to set goals and priorities, identify and utilize spiritual gifts, and also maximize their ministries through enhanced teamwork.

Thirty magnets and flyers were distributed to encourage the ladies to benefit from our Satellite Television Broadcast Balshi Min Hon materials.

Such training and materials can help those leaders develop their own groups. AWT plans to provide special discipleship trainings according to the need on specific TV discipleship materials.

AWT’s empowerment materials are being used on social media portals and also uploaded on YouTube channel. Beneficiaries in their turn are downloading it, benefiting from it and building others using it.
